We always strive to ensure your goods are in perfect condition and we make doubly sure everything we send is of pristine quality and not only meets your expectations, but meet our own exceptionally high standards. In some instances though you may feel that, for whatever reason, a product you receive isn’t as expected or is unwanted. For these rare instances we have a straightforward returns policy.
Returning Resalable Items
The Geekest Link is fully compliant with all current Distance Selling Regulations. Should you wish to return an item purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided you return it in fully resalable condition within thirty days of receipt. There are some exceptions to this rule, including the following, which for reasons of hygiene cannot be replaced unless damaged in transit or faulty: Clothing Jewellery Perishable products past their sell by date.
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. Again, we are more than happy to help to discuss the best way to resolve your issues.
Unwanted Items Returns Policy
If you've changed your mind or you don't like what you have ordered you can return it for a refund, as long as the item is unused, unworn, in its original packaging and you have contacted us within thirty days of receipt. You are responsible for paying for the postage on return items, and we do ask that any items in excess of £10 in value are returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. When returning products we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service; to do this, obtain a Post Office proof of posting or insurance to cover the value of the unwanted item as we cannot be held responsible for goods you despatch that are lost or damaged in transit.
Issues Regarding Damaged Items
