Paying by PayPal We accept PayPal as our standard choice of payments, and ask that you try to pay wherever possible with a Verified PayPal account. All orders over £50 must be paid for through a Verified PayPal account.
Overseas Customers
If you require a high price item over £100, please get in touch before you purchase to confirm shipping costs and payment details - our website is NOT configured to resolve issues with high price items (insurance and shipping, etc). We will not randomly ship limited edition collectables to anyone overseas, we always want to hear from you first. This is to protect our tiny and beloved company from fraud, and to ensure our lovely goods get in to the hands of people that genuinely want them!
We will return your payment to you if you do not have a Verified account and will ask for a bank wire to be sent to us). Please get in touch to obtain our bank details.
Verified PayPal Accounts
If you do not have a Verified PayPal account when you make a payment, we will email you to ensure that you require the goods and that the payment / order is genuine. If you wish to receive your order as quickly as possible, please use our Live Chat service to confirm your order. We cannot accept orders made through non-Verified PayPal accounts without a follow up email - this is to ensure we are both protected against the many Chargebacks made against goods fraudulently purchased online.
How To Verify Your PayPal Account It takes a variable amount of time to Verify your PayPal account (depending on method used). To do so, please follow the steps below. 1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk 2. Click the 'Unverified’ link on the Account Overview page 3. The steps required to verify your account will appear in the table You can get Verified by adding a bank account or by adding a Credit Card to your account (credit card verification is by far the quicker of the two options). Setting up Bank Funding To Set up Bank Funding you must add your UK bank account to your PayPal account. PayPal will then deposit two small amounts into your bank account, which you will need to find on your bank statement. You will then need to log into www.paypal.co.uk and enter the amounts correctly to confirm ownership of your bank account. Get Verified Using Your Credit Card Provide PayPal with your credit card information. They will make two small charges to your card. Return to PayPal and enter those charges along with the adjacent code as they appear on your credit card statement. PayPal will reimburse you for the charges and you’ll be Verified.
